Hip Hop Nerd

This spec commercial for GoDaddy was a blast to write, produce and direct. The idea behind this concept was to show an alter ego of an IT specialist as a wannabe rapper aptly named I.T., and featuring back-up singer ProcessHER (processor). GoDaddy was looking to promote their "Everything in between" campaign which was to bring attention to their other products besides just domain names.

The result was a campy knock-off version of Snoop's "Drop it like it's hot" video but showcased things a real IT person would be into like Smart Cars, Dungeons and Dragons, video games, books and sweaters. Not to mention, a blinged out medallion of their logo.
